The General Practice Assessment Questionnaire (GPAQ) is a long established, tried and tested patient satisfaction survey tool for use in GP practices.
The questionnaire has evolved over several years and editions and now incorporates both the "Friends and Family" test and is mapped to the General Medial Council (GMC) requirement questions for GP revalidation.
